Rogue River & Crater Lake

We drove up to Crater Lake, following the Rogue River. The river was amazing, we hiked to a natural bridge formed by lava where the river flows at 4 feet per second. Then there is Crater Lake...WOW...we were overwhelmed with its beauty, stillness and awe. It was breathtaking. It looked like a mirror, a piece of glass reflecting calm. I will put together a photo group for you, but for now here's a couple of shots. Nate, this one is for you.

Hey!! Great pics. Hope you found the Brewery. Jon and I stayed at the Rogue River State Park a couple years ago and enjoyed it. That whole area is so beautiful as you now know. Wish we had gone to Crater Lake but that was when we didn't have our tow car. Always look forward to your pics and stories.

We just got back from a couple days at San Elijo State Beach (just south of Carlsbad). Way too close to the train tracks and they run all night. Don't think we'll do that one again.
Stay safe.
